I have ordered on july 16, 2020 (Order no.[protected] and paid the bill online. There was a confirmation email from industrybuying.com. That's it, after that nothing moved. The status of the order remains as it is. I tried to call their number, nobody picked. I emailed them, used their chat option, but no response.
