I have ordered symphony tower cooler-diet 8i, multi-color on[protected] because it mention that ships in 2-3 days, i don't receive further update from that site regarding the order, so i made a call to customer care on 09-05-16 they give different statement for (Ships in: means it will be process to deliver in 2- 3 days after that it took 3 days)
Post 4 days i again made a call to customer care dated on[protected]. They repeat the same scenario you have to mail 4 more days, so i initiate them to cancel the order on same day[protected].
They told that the payment will be refund as soon as the product reach back to the hub till today no update regarding the refund process.
I try reaching over the mail asking about the status of the refund twise, they not even had an courtesy to reply to that mail.
I request you consumer complaint board to help me to get and refund with compensation.
For reference i am attaching the mail copy which i sent to them and what i receive from them.
