I have placed an order for a power bank on 15 march, got it on 20 approx.
Day one i checked simply it was working. From day i2nd when i wanted to use it really not for testing purpose it was not charging my phones. I was so pissed off as it was a gift for some one and these people have given me defective product.
I have written an e-mail to cc they said they can not accept it because you have replied after 72 hours. I am not aware of all this bull policies of infibeam. Okk they said it is under warranty go and visit servcie center.
Tell me one thing why should i have to visit service center that too for a brand new phone. Okk, these people will provide the phones on cheaper price but will send defective products.
Now i am writing e-mail to these people from last 5 day they are not replying. 14 e-mails i have written and these people have not replied. This is really annoying. I want full refund of my product. Even i have called customer care also, they put me on hold for queue for more than n 10 minutes than disconnected the call. Just tell me one thing, where cm should go then.
Pathetic service, i want you to take strict action against them. E-mail screen shot also attached, i have begged them to call me no on contacts.
