And requested the people of infibeam the same day i ordered that product i. E on 8th september 2017 that if possible make the delivery of the product on or before 12th september and the customer person assured that it will be delivered to me as per my said time as that product needed to be carried abroad on 12th. And the product was delivered way after the scheduled delivery date ie. On 22nd september & 24th september respectively and the scheduled delivery date was 15th september and on 2nd october i made a request for return back of material on customer care as it of no use to me due to person who was to carry this product abroad had already left and the person i spoke to on customer care on 2nd october said that they will raise this concern to their team and will respond to us within 24 hours time of the next day. So, waited for respond on 3rd & 4th of october but didn't get the response, so called up on 6th of october and the customer care people said that they haven't received any response from their team yet so it will take 1-2 days more to respond me. What the heck... Are you fooling your customers? How would you except people to shop on ur site i[censored] would cause delay in these procedures and making your own excuses. So, would request to look into this matter and taken necessary and immediate actions. Otherwise i need to take some necessary actions Was this information helpful? |
