i want to raise a complaint against infinix laptop to their higher authorities. Refund my money back asap. Otherwise, i will go to consumer court if the issue not resovlve.
The problem is flipcart online websit product parchesing laptop brand is infinix zerobook laptop axuvalli inbilt ms office but there is no in built ms-office, over heating, the laptop hold not properly, camera issue, build quality is not good so prouct is difective product so I wants to return my laptop
I took delivery on 4th AUG 2023 and i returned 7th AUG 2023 in time but no response and multibul times regected he asking why regect sar no response jest plz sar waiting 24 to 48 hovars postponed my issue and no tech visit still now and 32 days also no problem solved. This my problem so I don't want to refund. With compensation also for 32 days time waste and mentally stressed .resently my income sorce losed my problem is very cretical sichuvetion.
But flipcart sarvies is very bad. infinixzerobook comepney also mail send no reply.
