worst hosting provider.. cheap support!

I got a hosting plan: gold unlimited from infosky solutions, https://www.infoskysolutions.com/web-hosting-unlimited.php ; they said 99.9% is the uptime but after 1 week having issue in my site and website went down for more than 3-4 hours in everyday. When i try to contact their support they said this is a cheap hosting plan and what most you can expect from this cheap hosting plan. They are asking me to purchase another plan of rs. 11500...
