Infosys — Regarding final settlement

I'm an ex employee of infosys. My Employee Number is 984158. I joined at 7th of August 2014. Due to some personal issues, i could not able to continue my job. So i left the company at 4th of Sep. I worked there for a month. But still i didn't get 1 month salary from the company. I request you to settle the payment to my registered ICICI bank account number that i received from infosys.
