Dear team,
I wanted to book a ticket for the 7th May but the filter got reset and after booking I realised that the booking was made for the 6th May. Can you please cancel the booking?

We have received your concern and would like to inform you that sale of tickets is guided by local laws and company policy. Keeping these in mind, our company policy states that a ticket once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Unless the same is specified and is as per the booking norms. As your ticket is in eligible we regret the same cannot be done. Kindly note only registered users who have not availed of any prom offers are eligible. However you done a guest check out hence ineligible for refund.
We request that before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details as same cannot be changed once booked.
