I have surrendered policy for which I was told the funds would be deposited within 10 working days. It has been 3 weeks with no information from ING Life, after making numerous calls , they don't seem to care to just give me the status, they simple keep me on hold for extended periods when I ask to speak with a supervisor. I am really disappointed with the response of this company. It works as if it is a government company, I wonder how they are surviving? It takes about 15 minutes to talk to a person upon calling their customer service number - a voice rambles on and on about what to be SMSed to get what info for almost 10 minutes.
