I have dipposite money.. But not credited bank account... Lost money... 9000 thousand......

Everytime I proceed to checkout, it shows to wait for 15 mins, while I already paid. This happened the 4/5th time. So annoying....

I paid the order of Flipkart through mswipe but still the courier person did not give me the parcel as I did not get any payment OTP and the payment was deducted from my account, successful credited mswipe's account.
I have complaint in flipkart as well.
Please refund my money back because i have paid twice for same order.
I have transaction details also.
