I had recharged my account with 71 for BSNL on 22nd April 2016.It got failed and I recharged again for 71 again it got failed but amount has need credited from my account. When I contacted them though mail they said money will be transfered in wallet but there is no wallet option in it.I can't get my money 142 back now.can any steps be taken so that I get my money back

I did a recharge for Rs 500 for BSNL. Payment was made through online banking, however recharge was not successful. They say money will be credit via e-wallet, however such option is not there on the website. No contact number there, it order to drop a mail, they have forwarded the following link - http://support.irechargeonline.com
We we go there, it asks for a login and password and doesnt accept the one we have used for irechargeonline !! there is absolutely no way to contact them and I havent got my money back.
