I tried to pay a bill of rs. 265 on my reliance postpaid number [protected]. My amount is deducted from my saving account but my postpaid bill remains unpaid. I tried to login in the support page, but it said my account has been suspended and need to contact system administrator. My transaction i'd is 52ux50vg9by52a918nyi and ebs payment id : 53631445.
