I have done recharge two times for tatasky on 6th may, 2016. Both the transactions of rs 300 failed but my account was deducted rs 600 for the same. First time i have used debit card and 2nd time was doing though net banking. I have made online recharge of ₹300 on Airtel digital dth through your website as on 21st April 2016 order id 29237. Recharge was failed but amount was debited on my account. Request you to please do the needful and refund debited amount ₹300 as early as possible.
