[Resolved] Iredeem.in — unable to track order status and no tracking support

I have booked a ucb brand watch as per offer from it's website and have already paid the amount of 411 with taxes but as per the tracking number which they mailed me i am unable to track my order # [protected]. The company has left with no tracking mode in website and amount has already been debited.
I am not getting any response of my order for the the same.

I had ordered UCB watch from here through my net banking offer.
But it was damaged and glass was broken when I received it.
Hence please provide the refund.
The glass of the watch was completely broken into pieces.
