Respected sir today i have added rs. 5000/- to my itz cash wallet. Thereafter i have transfered that money to my bank account. Money is deducted from my cash wallet but i have not received money into my bank account. Itz costomer care officers are not refunding me that money of rs.5000/-. They are also not transfering rs. 5000/- to my bank account. My registered mobile no with itz is [protected] and registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. My itz serial id is s[protected]. I request you to hhelp me as early as possible.
