Dear madam / sir.
My itz prepaid card is locked by the company in february 2015 and in spite of many e mails and complaints
They are not unlocking it.
I was told that the card was locked as i did not use it for 6 months buy the helpline person
Checked and confirmed that as i had used the card in december it was locked by the company by mistake and would be unlocked soon.
In spite of repeated calls and e mails the card is still locked and the helpline people are telling me a different story every time i call.
My card serial number is s[protected] in the name of anil tandon.
My mobile number is [protected].
Please unlock my card without deducting any charges as the card was locked by mistake by the company., and inform me by sms.
