I approached Itzeasy for transfer of ownership of my Honda City car and paid Rs. 3, 000/- for the same.
After several weeks of following up, I found out that the transfer had failed due to some mistake at their end. I approached them for a refund and sent them details of my bank account as well on March 31st, 2022.
After this, they again stopped answering calls or responding to emails. I continued to follow up with them frequently.
After many follow ups, finally I was committed a refund of my Rs. 3, 000/- by a certain Ms. Nikita, on email, by 30th April 2022.
Now it is 5th May and the refund has still not been done.
Also, now they have stopped answering calls or responding to emails.
This is a completely fraudulent company and their CEO Himanshu KK should be taken to task by the authorities. Was this information helpful? |
