I have applied for the NOC around on October, 2020 (around 8 months back). Initially the representative was responding very fast and asked for the 50% amount (Rs: 1500/-) of their service charge. And, after few days they asked for the original documents of my vehicle through courier. After the receipt of the documents, they are not responding properly and neither of the NOC document nor the originals are being returned to me.
