Dear Mitali/Nisha/Anuj/Jasmeen

A) Pending work:

1)Providing smart RC Book
2) New Number plate with India Logo

As per your(Mitali) prompt action after complaining in your web sites, DD has been submitted on 17th July 2021 which have been completed in June 2021 itself.

B) Scope of work as per agreement:

As per agreement I had to Rs. 12, 000/ +Road tax. Scope under rs. 12, 000/ were:

1) Providing new smart card
2) Providing new number plate(2 nos.)
3) Address change
4) Door services

So the amount against 1, 2 & 3 should be paid/refunded to me (Rs.137/+Rs.400+Rs. 600/+number plate providing). You may refer Jasmeen first offer.

Hence you are advised to refund the above stated amount by abiding the contract agreement.

C) Paid extra due to your Delayed/No action:

Kindly refer Jasmeen first offer and subsequent to acceptance given to Anuj as Jasmeen left/were on long leave and she advised me to contact Itzeazy other representative and Anuj came into picture. Anuj informed/pressurised me that he will provide Form 20, 27, 33 only after making 50 % payment. I could have downloaded all forms online but thought ultimately order has to be given to Itzeazy only so I paid the same in the month of April 2021. I received all forms, filled, duly signed and submitted to Anuj in April 2021 after long and horrible follow up which I will explain in next para. Lock down imposed in Bangalore and opened on 15th June 2021(up to 2 pm and RTO office was working very fine). Again after long and horrible follow up with lot of tension and mental agony he responded and original documents handed over in June 2nd week.

Again after so many follow up she(Nisha) has sent mail for making DD which was higher than RTO invoice. Again after so many follow up Nisha called after one week and connected Jakir Sarif and he satisfied me. DD was made on 3rd July.I informed the same to Nisha/Anuj. Again no response received from your company(Anuj & Nisha) and ultimately I had to lodge complaint in your web site and DD was submitted to RTO office. Due to this delayed action I had to pay more than Rs. 3000/ extra.

D) No communication/delayed response:

Every time I was sending message through SMS, Whats-app, mail, phone call but not getting response at all. This is very much horrible to me and it put me under mental tension/agony.

E)Suggestion:

Kindly don't show this type of attitude/behavior /non communication with customer in future at all.

Also make your system transparent and give proper, timely and correct information to your customer.

F) Conclusion:

The work should have been completed in June 2021 easily had your representative worked properly and acted promptly/timely. And I could have saved more then Rs 3000/. All such delay and extra payment is attributable to you/Itzeazy.

I am not happy at all with your services.

Lastly I hope you will complete the pending work and will return/refund the amount stated above soon.
