I was trying to book train ticket. The money got deducted but the payment confirmation failed. I also cannot see this failed booking under failed payment booking section. Please refund me the money for the same. I have attached the relevant screenshots....

Booked a ticket from hyderabad to bangalore today. Amount got debited but ixigo payment page expired and took me back to passenger details page. Kindly provide refund since no ticket has been booked....

I am Ritul. Earlier i had booked a train ticket. I partially cancelled this train after three days of booking on 30 april 2023. After that there it is showing that the refund amount Rs 1995/- will be reflected on your account by 3 may 2023. I had used my UPI Id for the payment of this ticket. It was shown that the amount is returned to the source, but it isn't showing when i check the balance in Google pay. I hope your will surely...

We tried booking a train from jaipur to Indore on 9th May around 8:30am and it said that the transaction has failed so we booked another ticket and it was successful after some time when we checked the money has been deducted from our account twice (₹3071+₹3071) please resolve this issue and refund amount of ₹3071 as soon as possible.

IXITRS[protected], which were cancelled in last minute.In their app it shows the amount was refunded but I didn't receive to my account and there is no proper response in customer care the automatic chat service not giving any proper replies.I need my money back....

Flight booked with pnr N4I3SL is cancelled by the airlines and they have refunded the amount to the agency which is ixigo through which i booked ticket but ixigo denying that they have not received any update from the ailines yet regarding refund amount.
I have called airlines customer support executive and confirmed from them that they have already refunded amount to the agency(ixigo) and they also shared me refund confirmation mail...

I have booked a train ticket on April 19 and it got cancelled automatically because of waiting list, so the app shows refund was completed by 24 april but today it is may 6 the amount is not reflected in my account yet. I tried contacting through chat and call but no helpful response...

Dear ixigo team,
I booked a bus ticket from kochi to banglore on may 3rd, 9.56 pm. The ticket booking got failed but money was deducted from my account....

I cancelled a ticket on 5/4/2023, refund generated from ixigo which neither credited to my accout nor ixigo money...The ARN number is[protected]...The Trip ID is IXITRS[protected]...

I had booked ticket from ixigo app and wanted to cancel it there is no option of cancel ticket in the app and plus there is no support provided from there end....

I haven't received the ticket but money was deducted from my bank account. I couldn't find any transaction history about the failed payment. And also, I didn't get the ticket. I cannot find the option from reverting of failed payment. Please do credit the money to my bank account for which transaction has failed. Please do rectify this issue as soon as possible....

I tried to book a train ticket on 27 April 2023 from the website https://www.ixigo.com/ from Gorakhpur (UP) to Prayagraj (UP) for Alok Kumar Singh (Age 39). I have login this website through my mobile number +91-[protected]. Once I moved through the payment gateway, money is deducted from my account but a ticket is not issued to me as I didn't receive any SMS on my mobile number.
I am raising this complaint because I am in a dilemma...
