I have raised twice a complaint for 2 orders which i have not get till date. Is this way of treating your customer.
I am very disappointed by jabong.
This is 2nd consecutive order which unsuccessful to deliver to me. When i tried to contact your customer care, they said sorry sir, we can't help you like that.
Is this solution for this because i am not getting those offers for particular products?
Could you please help me by checking this complaint.
