I ordered a shoes from jabong. But its size is large and i wanted to exchange it for smaller size. When i tried to request for exchange it is showing a message that pickup exchange is not possible at my address.
If a person can deliver jabong products
At my home, then why can't he take the
Return/exchange product.
If jabong cannot provide return/exchange service at specific places then it should be mentioned mentioned on their website, while we placing the orders. This makes me very upset with jabong customer service. Please help.
