I too was getting the message since 2 days that your Jio free calling service will be restricted as you are misusing the service.
I called Jio Customer Care, the first representative he said that you must be exceeding the daily 5 hrs of free quota and it is written in the terms of conditions. I immediately opened the terms of conditions while in the call and read the entire terms of free voice but there were no such restrictions.I again asked him that there are no such terms and he put my call on hold for around 3–4 minutes. After he resumes the call, he mentions that Jio has authority to block any free voice service if the daily usage is beyond the restricted limit and he advised me to open MyJioApp but there was again nothing to see. I asked him again what the restrictions are and where is it written for “public uses” then he said It’s written on my System which was really pathetic. He was not at all confident about his own replies and at last after 20 minutes of our conversation, he asked me to write to [protected]@jio.com but he was not able to provide me any solid information.
