Jaiprakash Associates / Jaypee Group — payment of fixed deposit

I am a retired citizen and facing hardship due to non payment of redemption amount of fixed deposit matured in feb 2014 and fdr returned for redemption as there was no renewal possible. Company is not responding to many complaints for last 3.5 years.
I have also come across some press reports that they have received funds after selling cement business however they are not returning our money. Please advise the action possible in this regards.
