Jaipur National University — my mba degree certificate is not received yet finished 2016

I got 4 semester mark-sheets, kinldy assiast for applying for my provisional and degree cserificate.

I tried to contact from past 8 months no one is responding!!

Please help me how to get my degree certificate.

No support, at the time of admission i received 2 to 3 call per day..

But now no proper number for institute, if i call no one can pick the mobile.

Ever day 2 mail am sending to request for my degree certificates.

Please help me...
