I have purchased a blue tooth headset from jaldifatafat.com, online and payment done on 16th of may 2020. They have been telling that due to covid -19 situation and lockdown they are unable to deliver the product.

Following which i have written a mail asking them the updates of

Till date no response. Customer care number never been answered

Kindly help us recover...

I ordered a Ride On Racer Bike Rechargeable Battery Operator (Red) on 9 Apr for the amount 6, 599/-

Till date they have not responded to my email nor are they available on [protected]....

I had booked item on jaldifatafat.com 14 may2020 wireless tws for which i have sent many messages on their email id [protected]@jaldifatafat.com but still no reply and also called the call center but enabled to get any information on scheduled delivery....

I purchased boat bluetooth headset on may 17th 2020, but didn't receive the product till date (July 2nd 2020). When i mailed them no response. And i called them also, but not get connected, just 2-3 ring phone gets disconnected....

My order is[protected]. Almost 2 month passed
Nor i get my product nor i get my refund
Nor i get connected to customer care

What to do i dont understand...

Payment through c. C. Not customer support email or phone. Do not any reply. Now two month my order...

These orders placed on[protected] for 3 items with payment through cc avenue portal. E-mail sent to supplier and cc avenue are not acknowledged.
Do they exist in business or not...

Order no.[protected] on 21.04.2020 for vivo u20 mobile - blaze blue 64 gb 6gb ram, payment of rs.11750.20 made thru credit card. Order not delivered till date. Now they are not attending phone nor responding emails.

Order no.[protected] booked on website of jaldifatafat.com on 21.4.2020 by payment of rs. 11750 by credit card for vivo 720 mobile - blaze blue 64 gb - 6 gb ram. They are not attending their phone no.[protected] nor attending emails sent on email id [protected]@jaldifatafat.com for more than 15 times. Once they attended phone and promised to deliver by 25.6.2020 but noting is happening, now they have stopped attending telephone calls and no reply...

I have paid fully for the above order no.[protected] on 28th march 2020 and received confirmation of payment. Despite my number of email, i have not yet received the product nor the payment returned, it seems it is a fake and fraud company. I tried number of times in their telephone number, it also never picked up by any body just a tapped voice is played as the customer service representatives are busy please try after some time....
