I had placed purchase order with www.jaldifatafat.com (Order #[protected] for lcd display replacement touch screen digitizer combo for samsung galaxy a8 (2018) (Black) on dated 5th march 2020, and paid full amount rs.599 via

Date placed: 5th mar 2020
Payment method: ccavenue (For credit card, debit card & net banking). The delivery period being 2-3 day from date of payment.
Whereas on dated 6th march, i received email stating that, an order i recently placed on their website has had its status changed and awaiting fulfillment.
Whereas i waited for over one weak and my requirement of ordered product as mentioned above was o[censored]rgent need since my mobile phone was not working. I cancelled the order and refund.
Whereas upon my request to cancel the order and refund, i am informed that the order is cancelled and the said amount rs.599 has been put in store credit and i can purchase any product from their website against the amount equal to rs.599.
Whereas since i am not interested and need of any product from their website i sent mail to them requesting for refund but till date no reply of refund and said amount not found credited in my bank account till date. Was this information helpful? |
