I purchased 5 Jaquar closets with all taps and fittings from one of the dealers of Jaquar in COCHIN in 2018..
One of the closets became non usable because of cracks on the closet.in 2022. On the basis of my complaint Your company replaced the item through a dealer and I spent around Rs 1500/- to fix it in the toilet.
Now, another closet showed cracks and consumer complaint was raised to your Helpdesk team. Today your customer support agency JJ AGENCIES called me and informed that the closet replacement is approved and I have to collect it from dealer and fix it on my own.
I told them that it’s not possible for me to collect and fix since this happened because of manufacturing defect and company should bring the item to my home and they have to fix it. I told them that I will not spend any money for fixing.
I request you to please instruct your Agent at Cochin to bring the item to my house and fix it.
If no action is taken I will go to consumer court and also publish the issues in all the social media sites.
