Jaxtakart — no response on delivery after 13 days of order

I ordered a battery for my HTC m8 through their website on 8th June and no confirmation has been received yet despite ordering it paying an additional express delivery charge of Rs 29.
I also happened to email then with regard to the query, however no response has been made yet.
If the order cannot be fulfilled immediately, then I request you to process the refund of the whole amount including the shipping charges.
My order number is #438616 and the billing details are attached here.

I have ordered xolo battery with order no 437604 on 4/6/19 & received a message that it is expected within 7 to 10 days.I have already paid the amount through pay tm. Till now order status showing that order is confirmed but not shipped yet.I mailed reminder, no response.Hence I request your good selves look into the matter and do the needful
