I purchased a JBL Bluetooth speaker. Flip 3 from Amazon on 17th May 2019 with a 2-year extended warranty. Within 3 months the product had some charging issues. So I decided to give this product to the JBL customer service center. JBL customer service center arranged the product pickup from their end. I packed the speaker with the bill. A guy came from the blue dart courier service to pick my product up.
I gave my speaker to him, and I called the service center that I gave it to courier services. They said good your product will be received in 10 to 15 days. I said okay, that's good.
After 20 days I called them because there were no mails & messages from the service center about my speaker. When I asked them where my speaker was, they were totally blank about my speaker. They don't know where my speaker is.
So I called blue dart courier service 5 times, and they said that the speaker had been reached to the destination address given by the JBL service center 3 days after the pickup.
Then I called the JBL service center. I told them what Blue dart courier service said to me. They asked to give us 1 month. We are investigating on this
I said okay.
Again, after 1.1/2 months I called the JBL service center. They were still blank. They didn't know where the product was and again asked me to give 1 more month time.
I said okay
After 1 month I called them, they still don't know where my product is. I lost my temper, I scolded them very badly
Then I started to call them every day, I scolded them every day—they are such a shameless. They listen as if there is no shame left in them.
I fought for 1 year for my product.
Then these gave me someone's used product which is not working, not even charging.
I matched the serial no. Which is totally different from my product.
I again call them and told them about this on 10th august 2020
I am still fighting to get my product back from the service center. It has been 7 months now, they still don't know where my speaker is.
If you don't know how to run your service center, then you should have told me
If I had given to a local repair shop within 2 days, I would have received my product instead of giving it to you.
Worst service customer
Now it's been 1year 7 months still they have no Clue about my speaker.
