I am Sudha Kumari, I purchased Vu TV from Flipkart on 30/05/2020.

I have taken Complete Protection Plan for 3 years.
My TV was not working and had a display issue, so I complained on 14/12/2022 to the "Jeeves Consumer Services center". From Jeeves Consumer Services center one technical person came,
they have done some cleaning work on that time TV started properly, but after 15 minutes when they went again, that problem started.
I again complained to the service center, and they did the same thing, as that happened 3 more times.
Then I took action and told them to Take the TV and repair the TV, then they sent one member to take the TV.
I gave the TV for repair on 14/01/2023, but till today I have not received my TV and not get any information.
I wanted to tell you I am fed up with this Service center, They have not taken any responsibility.
Furthermore, I already called many times and told them my scenarios, but no one responded properly and correctly.
They have to return my TV on time, but still, they are not informing me anything.
Whenever i will call they will tell, wait for 2 days, we will give refund but still not got anything.
This service center is not at all good, and I don't like their process also.
I'm suffering for the last one and a half months, they are not responding and not taking initiative.
I request you to please take some action, and Please return my TV.
