Hi,
I have a complaint regarding the seats of the flight departure from portblair to chennai on saturday.
I have pre booked an window seat by paying 499 rs extra. Also i informed to ground staff about this they said "yes it is an window" but when i bored i found it was not an window seat.
After informing to cabin crew they said they cant do anything raise an issue with jetairways.
As my wife was traveling first time so it was an surprise for her but you (Jet airways) ruined my plans and spoiled my day.
As it is complete blunder by an airways who are celebrating 25 years of service. Also i requested for coffee (By paying) which i wont receive.
You should return my money also it was an pathetic experience. Earlier i traveled by indigo with pre-booking seats and i have a good experience. I dont need to say anything to them. They have done there job in efficient manner.
