Regarding my booking on 12th feb for gau - del-bdq flight at earlier 11 o clock in the morning has been preponded without the customers consent to morning 6 :40 am flight.
I find this kind of irrational and irresponsible behaviour very rude. If your flight at 11 has been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons, then inform the customer about the issue. We are beauraucrats here and we have many commitments to meet. I have a meeting in the morning on 12th feb at 7:30 and accordingly the earlier flight was booked.
Yet, jet airways have preponded by booking without even thinking about the repurcutions on customers end.in addition, my flight is a connecting one and the next flight is at18:25. How can i manage to waste 10 hours waiting at the airport?
