I lodged a complaint 0n 30th August 2023 regarding failure to connect to the Jiofiber internet vide Request ID- SR00001Q6D0Y. It has been a week since I have been calling them daily, and there is no resolution in sight. The engineer assigned is rude and lies blatantly while the customer service is all about formal whataboutery, depriving our family of Internet, which is a fundamental right. I am planning to go for a legal recourse considering how helpless and disappointed I feel with JIOFIBER. Was this information helpful? |
