Jiofibre — Very very bad for jio fibre management

Very very bad on part of jio management, i am sandeep kothari, i have taken connection of jio fibre on 22 july, it was working very good for one month, after one month when i recharged again, on 22 sept at night 12.30 it stopped working, i lodged the compalint, some of persons came from jio on 23 sept
my compaints number are
23 sept ;- sr000012csuy
28 sept:- sr000012etol
30 sept;- sr000012fkz9
my ftth ;[protected]
my mobile number ;- [protected]
and taken out jio wire connection saying wire is defaulted so we have to change it, i said ok, upto evening they not came, i waited then i seen my complaint ststua it was showing closed... I again loged the compalint but no body and complaint status was showing on hold, again i lodged compaint but no impact nobody taken care ... Now its around 11 days gone nobody from jio fibre is taking care, nor any customer care nor any engineer .. In this case how a consumer can file a complaint .. I have already got a loss due to internet of rs6 lakhs, also what will happen of my pack already upgraded ... Again after some days it will say for upgrade ... Very very bad on part of jio family ... Now i am fed up from there services .. I want to approach chairmen of jio fibre or reliance group .. If they also have no worries how can we will get result .. If somebody can relate it then pls do something so we can file a big suit against jio fibre for big frauds ...
