Jk Tyre — Three tyres burst within 24 months poor quality and fake inspection report

I get a car alto 800 on 24/06/15 with five jk tyres and three of the tyres burst because of their poor quality within 24 months between march and may in sequence. Ever tyre have a single crack line and it has not a single cut symbol neither tourn off. I have lodge a complaint on jk tyres web address and they contacted me. Now jk tyre's technician met me today 13/06/17 at 3 pm and told me that your tyre have cut as usual i was thinking like that because every technician says like that.

And i was surprised, when he advised me to buy new jk tyre while my three tyres are damaged and faced alots of problem and he rejected and disposed my complaint. It shows that the customers are fools and they trear us like that. I have shown many technician's and they told about poor quality of tyres and manufacturing defects.
Now the jk tyre only doing formality assistance and nothing else.

Poor quality, poor service and fake inspections.

I have to change my 3 tyres and i am thinking about it.

Updated by Rksh77 I get a car on 24/06/2015 alto 800 of maruti suzuki from city cars and within 24 monts between march and may. Three tyres of my car named jk ultima had burst and i was on the way and i used my stypni as usual after two days it also burst in same manner it has only one line at the outer side of the tyres and the third one is also like that.
Now today 13/06/2017 the technician from jk trye call me at his agency and told me the stories of terms and conditions as difference between gaurantee and warantee and says they are cut only but i questioned that same line on both tryes. He told me it happens always, and adviced me to buy new jk tyre as customers are fools.
The technician told, tyres have only cut but in reality they are not cut it happens because of poor quality tyre and he disposed. If it not shortout i will sue in consumer forum.
