JNTU — Waiting for my m. Pharmacy original degree (Convocation)

Can anyone help me please...

I have applied for m pharmacy[protected] pre-convocation od through online mode at convocation registration portal http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocationon and paid 612 rs through online mode through debit card on march 16, 2017 my hall ticket no: 14gq1s0116, transaction id : 2389312, mail id: muzakkir. Ali. [protected]@gmail.com.

I have uploaded the required scan documents through online url, photo, mark memo and provisional certificate. I want to know when i will get my od certificate. Kindly please let me know the status as soon as possible so that i will proceed further.

Applied on march 16, 2017. Almost 3 months will be over. Please help me out.

Please do the needful because it was almost 3 months, but still there is no status when i will get my od. Online payment is also done and submitted everything.
