Johnson Lifts — Facing issues with Johnson Lift from the day I ordered

Hi,
I am facing issues with Johnson Lift persons from the day i ordered.
They speak nicely during ordering and won't pick calls after it's ordered.
Mr. Perumal is the person who takes order, after we pay booking amount they treat customer very badly.
They said they will deliver material in 1 Month but it took 2 Months to get the product in house.
Now for installation they are creating lot of issues...

Johnson Lifts — Lift stopped suddenly

Lift stopped suddenly in mid condition and my family has been very scared, why it's happening, how can possible. What can we do in such condition. We don't know how can rescue. I tried to make a call to customer service center but no response. So pl contact on given number for better understanding.
