This is Ganesh, I'm using the JungleeRummy account of [protected], and I'm playing rummy fairly, When I was try to withdraw my money from my account and I got to noticed that PAN upload is failing due to which it was linked with some other account as well. I was using a [protected] account earlier and I'm not using this account anymore for the past 2 years, and I thought it was not active.

But now I'm failing to withdraw my amount...

I'm writing this complaint for the second time, kindly stop sending me unwanted promotional messages, I'm not interested in any rummy game, PLEASE DELETE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE!!!...

I am Rohit Vidyasagar and have registered on Junglee Rummy on 26th Dec. 2022 after a spam of 6 months.
- I simply downloaded app on my iPhone and logged in with otp
- I have added a total of Rs 1000 on 26th Dec 2022.
- I have already done my KYC in the past and it had been verified by Junglee Rummy as I had withdrew Rs.100 earlier also.
- I won a few pool games and I placed a withdrawal request of Rs 8000 on the...

Plz unlock my login id this is 25 th time I am complaining u guys plz resolve my problem...

This is to bring to your notice that on 26th Dec 2022. I downloaded Junglee Rummy after a period of six months to play a few games of rummy.
I deposited Inr 1000 to the account through my Gpay account which is linked to the app.
So I started playing for a few hours and I won a few games which in return I won a total amount of 12, 000 Inr. So I decided to withdraw 8000 inr and my withdrawal went under verification which was shocking...

I don't want to play Rummy. Never subscribed to the company. Please stop the spam messages.as soon as possible...

Please stop sending sms every day. It is very irritating. Every day I block number but again and again seeing sms dropped in massage box. Now please stop this. I beg you....

Please stop the regular message system of junglee rummy which I am not playing at all.
Daily my message box get full of this unwanted useless game Junglee Rummy

My junglee rummy account has been locked by junglee rummy and account amount also frozen .I have complaint against junglee rummy team and legal action should be taken on junglee rummy because they don't give me any legal notification about locking my account and freezing my account balance.They( junglee rummy) only said our team has been traced suspicious activity on your account .this is only reason they gave me.In my junglee rummy account...

Sir, Junglee rummy Continue messaging me day night, they've not any kind of scense limit everytime anytime messaging me . I emailed Junglee rummy how stop this message they send me unsubscribe link and said you'll wait 72 hours then stop message, but this didn't work, then I email many time but they didn't listen me, continue messaging me distrub me .

Hi, team I am very sad from your act because this was totally unfair from your side, I have never cheated with rummy which I play, and I have added total 2000 and won 7000 rs and when I had opted for withdrawal its showed under verification but after few hours when I tried two log in again it's showing your account has been locked but why?
Please give me back my account and process my withdrawal.
