Just Cooling Repair & Service — Machine part damage by Engineer

Dear Team Mr. Gaurav ([protected]) coming from " just cooling repair & service" contact no. sent by your side. he was coming on 27.12.2021 to check washing machine,
problem is "only dryer was not working" rest is ok" he check and advised to change the timer, I said ok, and paid Rs.[protected]+300), and ask him any other problem, he said no.
He was coming on 28th Dec. in my absence, my wife at home. and he change the time. at time of change the timer he damaged the rubber part of dryer. and ask my wife to change rubber part also. before this there is no problem in washing. water leaking etc.
now he said to pay Rs. 700/- extra to change rubber part also.
it is not about Rs. 700/-, it is about trust of agency and you also, kindly black list to this agency and take action against this engineer (Gaurav [protected])
