Just Jaldi.com — I'm complaining about my order of LED tv which was not in stock according to your company

First I called them and I asked that product is available or not, then they told that product is available, then I placed the order of led tv (blaupunkt) 24 inches(Rs 5, 999).
Next day they called me that product is out of stock and we will not refund to your bank account, we will credit amount to your just jaldi wallet.
But I want full refund.
