[Resolved] Justickets — ticket confirmation not done but money debited

I have booked tickets for movie kaala for 10th june 2018. I have 2 tickets of 267 rupees
Money has been debited from account immediately but there is no message ofconfirmation of tickets for the movie. I have also checked my just tickets app i havent found any confirmation theatre management has not allowed to movie. So please refund my money immediately

I have booked 3 tickets for MAHANATI movie in S2 theatre NELLORE at 3.10pm show on 24/05/18 through justtickets at 01.29 pm on 24/05/18 money deducted from my account SBI but I could not received tickets message Seet numbers Q12, Q13, Q14 but seets not allowed,
Hence please provide tickets or else refund money
