Justlikenew Technologies [JLNTPL] — given my asus zenfone 2 for, speaker not working they said they will replace it and charged 1400

When we went for picking the phone it has same problem as before and they said we will again check and solve the issue. I am really doubtful they havenot done any repair and asking for money. I called to store and said to return my phone back as it is and they are saying as per process its not possible as it is already repaired. I asked how can you say its repaired when there is still defect exists and asked to give my phone back.
Need my phone back, please log a complaint against this company.
