I gave my moto x play for display change in justlikenew gachibowli on 24th june store as it was broken.
I was told that i will get it back by 25th june, but after a regular followups i got my phone on 29th june.
It was good so far. When i started charging my phone, it wasn't charging. I thought may be i am not using genuine charger so this issue is coming. Then i tried using genuine moto charger but still i was not able to charge my phone. When i gave my phone for display change, it was charging fine..
Now i went to store once again and gave my phone to them asking to fix charging issue on 9th july. They accepted it and asked me to collect phone same day by evening.
I did not get my phone back on 9th july. I got a couple of calls from justlikenew asking about passcode. I already provided passcode in the receipt which they generated at the time of taking phone.
I got a message on 11th july that my device is fixed and can be collected from store. I called store guys asking if my phone has come back to them. They did not pick the call. I went to store and observed that they have put the receiver outside to avoid any phone calls.
When i asked them about my phone, they said it is not in their store and will take another one day to come. So i will get it by 13th july. After discussion, they told me that it's not their responsibility to fix any other issues which comes after display change.
They did qc check of my phone and confirmed that everything is working fine but issue came.
They are ruthless in talking and don't know how to deal with customers.

Now i am completely frustrated with these guys. After spending 3500 inr, i am not able to use my phone.
Can someone please look into my issue?
