I have been trying to contact executives from KAFF Appliance. In the month of Jan, I had requested for replacement of my chimney filters.It has been four months already but I am yet to receive any service
Since my filters are not replaced it is now affecting my chimney. Oil is getting deposited in my chimney which I would request your executive to clean, without asking me to pay anything extra. The service executive who had visited last has already been paid for visiting, But what was the use of his visit if my purpose was not resolved.
I think purchasing appliances from KAFF was a big decision I had made.
