Kaff Appliances India — Gas Hob - no after sales service- unable to replace glass inspite of ready to pay for that

I have a HOB of kaff model NO. NQ 600 BG. The kaff the said OEM is not having the replacement glass even I am ready to pay for that. Kaff has very poor after sales service. All are requested to kindly look into Kaff's poor sales and service. My complaint No. is[protected] dated 19.10.2020. it will be better if I had purchased some other company hob.
