I am from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. I purchased Kaff Cooking Rang Model KTM 60Ss on 11.08.2012 from M/s Aarco One, New Delhi (copy attached).
From the very first year we are facing issues with oven of the above cooking range as it did not burn regularly unless and until press/hold the switch continuously.
After one year I called the technician from the KAFF who visited and told me that this problem may arise some time and he did some work and also told me there is no guarantee of this service.
After three years the same problem was again created and made complaint for technician visit. One technician came, he examined the cooking range for two hours and finally said that he didn't worked on this product so he will send other senior technician The Senior technician came after 25 days and he did some minor work on it and he also said there is no guarantee of this job work.
In 2022, I again complaint that the burner of oven has not working properly, and it get on only when I hold it by hand. Technician visit my house after 5 days of the complaint. He again waisted my time and after 1.5 hours he told me that he could not understand the problem of this model so he will send his senior to resolve the issue.
I wait for that senior person for 3 months and finally after 3 months I received called from Kaff that one senior technician will visit to see your product and at that time I got angry and told him that there is no need to send anybody as I am out of station for next two months.
Now on 10.06.2023, I again made complaint vide Request No.[protected] and also requested to please send that Technician who can do work on the model I purchased i.e. Kaff KTM 60Ss and I was also assured that only the senior technician will visit.
On 12.06.2023 one Mr. Atul Kumar from Kaff Service Centre Aligarh. called me and give me technical support online which was very nonsense. When I forced him to come and examine product properly. I also told him that only that person will visit who may know the technical issued of the model I have.
However, Mr. Atul Kumar came and he opened all the parts of oven of my Cooking Range. He examined the product about 1 hours and after got tired he told me that he cannot do this and some senior person will attend this complaint, as usual I heard from last 8 years.
Sir, I am facing above issue from last many years just because of my fault. I did blunder mistake that I purchased product from Kaff company where there is no trained technician and customers are not treated properly as other company have good after sale service like Hindware, Whirlpool, Bosch LG, Samung etc.
Please do the needful at the earliest if you can do Or just stop the manufacturing of cooking range if you can not provide better after sale service
