This is in regard to Kaff Hob MFBX 763 request no.[protected]. There are lots of issues with this hob model.
Distortion in the shape of the burner both Large and medium burners, due to which the burner doesn't function properly, and the flame is not in the correct position. Sometimes, the burner stops functioning as well. As per customer care, they have ordered a new burner and will take time. But the question is how can burner shape gets distorted just in one year and seven months. Is this material duplicate? I think the cost of a new burner must be borne by the company and not the customer, as this seems to be an issue with the quality of the material.
It's difficult to ignite the burner with match sticks when there is a power cut in the area or low voltage. The burner doesn't ignite with a single push, it takes multiple attempts, but sometimes it ignites with a single push.
When lowering the gas in the large burner, we can hear a large sound, sometimes we feel the hob will get burst. This is a real safety issue.
Most of the time larger doesn't get ignited in a single push, it needs multiple attempts. As soon as we release the nob, the burner flame gets extinguished. This is the most common problem.
Not sure but it seems all the Kaff Technicians are 3rd party sources in this area, and no one has much technical expertise. During installation time the technician told us this issue will be resolved with time and it was not a big issue (4th point). We believed him as the frequency of the issue was less at that time.
Kaff CSR is playing cat and mouse for burner replacement and has even not visited the house.
