I would like to report a Fraud case against 4 people from the Kaff service team.
I'm writing to you from Bangalore and have raised multiple complaints about my Kaff Chimney not working for 4 months.
Each time I raised a complaint, a different repair executive came, took the money and did not repair the Chimney.
Till date I have given 7500/- and neither the chimney is repaired nor the executives are answering the call.
I then reached out to the escalation manager and he has also not been answering our calls for the past 3 weeks.
All of them are absconding and I would want an immediate action against them as well as a resolution for the chimney.
