I raised a complaint for servicing on the registered number on google.

Soon after the service guy called me requesting me to share the location, and called from another number again. Long story short, here are the numbers, , in case any one is genuinely trying to read these emails and help . [protected] and [protected].
He came home along with another guy. i clearly instructed i need only servicing for the stove. no replacements.
without even seeking permission he broke the gas cock that he claimed was worth 4500 in local market and 8000 if i chose to buy from the company.
When i objected, he showed me a new piece to be replaced and claimed this is work 8000 and costs about 6000 on Amazon.
He could not even justify why was he carrying such expensive stuff in a dirty cover what no boxing and expects me to pay 8 k for a stove i purchased for 6k
The guy was happily standing there almost masturbating until i kicked them off my house.
My stove is nonoperational now. I called up the same toll free number, the lady did not even register my compliant and the number is switched off from that time.
